The filing indicates that there were eighteen LPs and also lists Brett Thomas (previously Thematic Capital Partners) and Rohan Oza (previously Coca-Cola) as Executives. The portfolio includes Bai, Hippeas, Thrive Market, and hims. Accoding to a recent SEC filing, KORE, has filed its paperwork for its first fund, an early stage fund led by Justin Lioi. There is no total offering amount and minimum investment is $100K. According to a recent SEC filing, FirstMark, appears to have recently closed a special investment vehicle at $30M. The funding comes from three LPs. Founded in 2008 by Amish Jani, Lawrence Lenihan, and Rick Heitzmann, FirstMark has backed companies like Shopify, Upwork, Tapad, Body Labs, InVision, Ro, and DraftKings. Melody Koh has been named a Partner at Nextview Ventures. She had previously been serving as a Venture Partner at the firm for the last year and a half. Koh is a veteran of the New York startup scene – she has worked in product roles at Blue Apron and Fab.com. Prior she served as a venture investor at Time Warner after starting her career in banking at Evercore Partners. The filing does not indicate a total offering amount and lists Anders Hove, previously a GP at Venrock, as the managing member of the GP. Accoding to a recent SEC filing, Contour Venture Partners has closed $20M in funding for its second opportunity fund. Contour Venture Partners was founded by Matt Gorin and Bob Greene in 2001 and has made over eighty investments. The filing indicates that there was as sole LP in this close. The portfolio includes Ticketfly, Fieldlens, Pathgather, Routehappy, BounceX, SmartAsset, and Ellevest. According to a recent SEC filing, Innovation X Holdings, has filed paperwork for a new fund. The total offering is for $50M and the filing lists Tom Kowalczyk, Roger Monteforte, and Michael Mullen as Executives. Innovation X Holdings has previously raised funds for one-off deals for investments in late-stage companies like Slack and Palantir.
