The main body of the building, which has 108 housing units distributed on nine floors, is elevated on the heavy base which is developed for commercial use. Save this picture!Apartment Floor PlanOne of the very main concepts of the building is to make a clear architectural distinction between the housing units and the commercial base, the base being withdrawn from the street façade, resembling a cave with its irregular openings. The facades of the upper storeys are composed of an underlying glass prism combined with a screen of metal frames and wooden shutters. GLO PREMIER LEAGUE WRAP: WEEK 22

first_imgCoach Bashir Hayford’s first return to Tarkwa since his January move to AshantiGold did not work according to plan as he left the grounds on the losing side. The Miners lost 1-0 to Medeama on Sunday in the Glo Premier League as Hayford made an emotional return to his former club.A 19th minute goal by Samuel Enzemaba made the difference as the Mauves claimed all three points to re-establish themselves at the top of thetable. The win gives Medeama a three-point lead at the summit after close contenders Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko both drew away from home. With eight matches to go, the coming weeks will prove crucial in the title race as Medeama chase their first domestic title.A late goal at the Accra Sports Stadium handed Hearts of Oak all three points in their meeting with Amidaus Professionals on Sunday. The Phobians won the fixture 1-0 to move up to 11th on the Glo Premier League standings.Thomas Abbey’s 86th minute goal made the difference as the David Duncan’s side as they attempt to climb up the table before their clash with big rivals, Asante Kotoko.Hearts will play Liberty Professionals in the Accra derby in midweek before the Kotoko match over the weekend.Aduana Stars’ title challenge and top-four hopes suffered another setback on Sunday after they lost 2-1 to King Faisal in Kumasi. The Dormaa side have lost their last three matches in the competition which has seen them drop from third place to sixth on the log.Farouk Mohammed opened the scoring for Faisal after ten minutes but thirty minutes later, Alex Asamoah drew the visitors level. Both sides finished the opening half one goal apiece. On resumption of the second half, it took Faisal some 25 minutes before getting a sight of goal as they were awarded a penalty which was converted by George Akowuah to hand them all three points.Aduana are now 10 points off the summit and three points adrift the fourth-placed team from the top.In other games, Tema Youth came from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Liberty Professionals at the Tema Park.At the Golden City Park, Berekum Arsenals and Heart of Lions played out a goalless draw match. ROBERT B. LEWIS STAKES QUOTES – SATURDAY FEBRUARY 4, 2017

first_imgJOCKEY QUOTES             JERRY MOSS, OWNER, ROYAL MO: “This has been an amazing experience. We haven’t had two horses (Gormley and Royal Mo) in this position in a long time and it’s fun. We’re going to keep those two horses separated as long as we can. I’ll have to talk to John (Shirreffs), but I think we’ll go to Arkansas with one and stay here with the other. (Royal Mo) is almost 17 hands, but he’s still got some growing to do…We really don’t see anyone else coming up that scares us…This horse has been working great and the Derby is a great thing to dream about.” JOHN SHIRREFFS, ROYAL MO, WINNER: “I was very happy with how he ran, the pace, the fractions, having that horse (Irap) outside of him, hooking him a little bit, so I think he showed a lot of character.“You take it as it comes (when asked if he would keep Royal Mo and Gormley, ticketed for the San Felipe Stakes March 11) apart. Obviously you don’t really want to run them together. We’ll just have to see how it goes. I haven’t spoken with Mr. Moss about that, so we’ll see.” DOUG O’NEILL, IRAP (2ND), TERM OF ART (4TH), DANGERFIELD (5TH): “Royal Mo just ran lights out. I think pace makes the race and the first half wasn’t overly quick. When you give a horse like Royal Mo an uncontested lead you’re going to be in trouble.“We were curious how Irap would be with the blinkers and he was rank, so we answered that question.“With Term of Art, it was the first time that Tyler has been on him and he suggested that he would be better with blinkers, so we’ll put them back on and I think Dangerfield just got caught behind a slow pace. He’s more of a one pace horse and in hindsight we should have used him a little more early in the race. So I think we got answers on all three.” TRAINER QUOTEScenter_img             NOTES: Winning owners Jerry and Ann Moss are from Beverly Hills. VICTOR ESPINOZA, ROYAL MO, WINNER: “He’s such a big, heavy horse. He doesn’t have that quickness for the first couple of strides. As soon as he gets into a rhythm though, he’ll keep going.“I drew the inside. I wanted to be on the outside so I could track the leaders but I didn’t want to take any chances so I went to the front. I knew there wasn’t going to be much speed. The fractions weren’t too quick so I took advantage.“There’s a big difference. He’s improving a lot. From the last few races to this race, he’s really coming along. He’s going in the right direction. Hopefully, we keep going all the way.” -30-last_img read more
