The motorist is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired with a blood-alcohol concentration above the legal limit and, as a novice driver, having a blood-alcohol concentration above zero.Pickup truck dumps stolen ATVTwo male suspects tried to steal an ATV on Queen Street West in Charlotteville in the early hours of June 28.The two suspects loaded an ATV into the back of a dark blue pickup truck but were scared off by the yells of a neighbour. The ATV was ejected from the back of the truck when they sped away.Pickup truck stolenNorfolk OPP say a black 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck with a grey stripe was stolen from a Riverside Road, Simcoe, address on June 8. Anyone with information is asked to contact the OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122.Laptop and credit card stolenA credit card and laptop were stolen from inside a vehicle on Victoria Street, Simcoe, in the early hours on June 26. The stolen credit card was used for a taxi ride from an address in Norfolk County.Youth’s belongings stolenA youth who went swimming, just off of Thompson Road West, Waterford, had a black and blue Swiss backpack stolen. The backpack contained a pair of Gokey prescription sunglasses, Nike Air Max 270 running shoes, Jordan flip flops, a white Champion hat and cologne.
